In my opinion, Frank Sinatra is one of the never ending topic, about who a lot of great things have been said and we have always realized his greatness, It can be hard to describe him not only in words but even with a whole book, Still i tried to describe him in my way.
Frank Sinatra, with his distinctive voice, he got to release his first single in 1939 which was made along with Harry James Orchestra named "From the Bottom of My Heart"-"Melancholy Mood", After that he kept recording new songs as well as covers of traditional songs, He got his first No.1 Album in U.S. in 1946 which was "The voice of Frank Sinatra". He spent a huge era of recording, He is named as "Chairman of the Board" for spanning over 60 years of successful career in Industry. He had started his movie career from 1941, But the movie in which he appeared as an important role, it's called "Higher and Higher" from 1943. He is indeed recognized as one of the great actors of Hollywood, He won his Oscar award for Best actor in supporting role in 1953 for "From here to Eternity".
After this all, the whole industry got to listen a new style of music, which was totally different than Big Band or Jazz from mid 1950s, You sure got a guess in mind, it was 'Rock n Roll', But Frank Sinatra never given up his style, He kept wearing Tuxedo and three piece suit, which was his one Landmark, He is said to pioneer the use of Microphone, and has record of holding most Charted Hits of USA, about 369, and sales over 500 million.
We Sadly lost this Music Idol in 1998, His death' reason was Heart Attack, hope He will Rest in Peace, we miss him.
